JK was amazing! I found him through Instagram (both his and bom hair’s) and went in without a reference photo, trusting his judgement - and I’m so glad I did. He fixed my uneven layers, framed my face beautifully, did a root perm, and permed the rest of my hair. The salon itself is great too - super comfortable shampoo chairs, kind and attentive staff, and even tea while waiting for the perm. I reached out via Instagram for a last-minute appointment and was pleasantly surprised they could fit me in. Will definitely be coming back.

I’m almost never satisfied with my haircut right after getting it done- it usually takes at least two weeks before it starts to look good on me (some of the guys will understand). But not this time. For the first time, I walked out genuinely happy with my hair right after the session with JK. The salon itself has such a comfortable atmosphere, and the staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. I know JK’s from a well-known salon in Boston, and I’m so glad he moved to the city. Highly recommend him!

Just got my first perm for my naturally blonde and virgin hair and I am sooooo happy with the result. I have sort of thin hair without my volume and now my hair is full of volume and has amazing big curls now. I style my hair every day with a dyson so achieving a similar look was my goal.
